Potential buyers are making decisions about which houses they want to see based on their online search. First impressions are crucial. Not only do the pictures of your home have to be engaging, they have to tell the same story online as they do in person. When your home is in the final stages of being ready to list, we add some small staging touches to your rooms, find the best photograph angles, edit, and create a walkthrough layout with the final pictures. This will not only bring more buyers through the house, they will enjoy their tours more when they see the property matches what they expected from the listing.

Detail Capture Event Photography
Parties, weddings, showers, graduations, corporate meetings/events - so much goes into planning, but so much is forgotten after they are over. Many smaller details fail to be captured for your memories. What did the buffet look like? How did the favors look on the tables? Where were the flowers placed? What did the gift table look like? Don't we have a picture of the signature cocktail we created? Why don't we have many pictures of our guests/attendees? Again, so many details, lost... We can help make sure that doesn't happen. If you hire a professional photographer, they can focus on all of the important, traditional photos while we capture the numerous smaller elements that make your event special. All photos will be edited and delivered to you electronically.
