What we do as Rental Care Managers -

be "on call" for tenant issues
schedule weekly/monthly/yearly routine maintenance
tour property (as needed), and report back to you
facilitate move in/move out
and more - all based on your direction

Rental Care Management includes a one time set up fee of $99, and monthly rates average approximately 7.5% of the rental rate, or can be tailored to the property circumstances.
