What does a Prep to Sell involve?

first, a short phone/text conversation to get the specifics about the property (how many bedrooms, etc.) and find out if there are any particular areas of interest or concern

then we'll set up a time to come walk through the property, with you and/or your real estate agent
​

​our appointment will take an hour or so, we walk and talk (while we take notes and some pictures) and listen to your questions and concerns. While we are here, we're looking at furniture placement, color scheme, condition of floors/carpets, lighting, general contents, space maximization, curb appeal, current usage vs staging needs and much more. We are looking through the eyes of a potential buyer to help the home show it's best when it hits the market.

once we have all of the specs, we'll create a full report, including suggestions we have discussed and more, and email it to you (and your agent, if you wish) within 24 hours
