- then let's set up a time for us to come walk through the property, with the owner and/or the real estate agent

- our appointment will take an hour or so, we walk and talk (while we take notes and some pictures). While we are here, we're looking at furniture placement, color scheme, condition of floors/carpets, lighting, general contents, curb appeal, current usage vs staging needs and much more. We are looking through the eyes of a potential buyer to help the home show it's best when it hits the market.

- once we have all of the specs, we'll create a full report and email it to you (and the agent, if you wish) within 48 hours
